Do you have to purchase hosting accounts separately for your clients?
No. When you purchase a reseller plan from us, you are purchasing a bulk space that you can divide up how you see fit. There is no per plan cost.  You create your own account pricing.  Or, you can follow our pricing as a guide.

Can I use my own nameserver? Is there an additional cost?
You can use your nameservers or ours. Use of ours is free (see below).  If you would like personal nameservers (e.g. ns1.yourdomain.com) there is a one-time $15 setup fee. Resellers are responsible for registering their own nameservers through the registrar with whom they registered their domain. After registration it will take 24-72 hours before your Nameservers are active.  If you use our domain name registration service, we will handle the above for you and your domain will be active within 30 minutes.  The one-time $15 setup is on our end for registering the domain as a nameserver through our servers.  Normal domain name registration fee still applies at $12.00 per name.

How long will it take for my accounts to be set up?
Domains are automatically setup after you add them from your Reseller's WHM Control Panel.  When you setup a new hosting account under your resellers account, the activation is instant.

Will you provide support directly to my clients?
No. We support you and you support you clients. We act as the 2nd line of support for you. We do not have any contact with your clients. You handle all contact with your clients.

Do you handle the billing for my clients?
No. We will bill you as the reseller and you are responsible for providing billing and collection services to your clients.  If you prefer, we can do the client billing for your accounts, but at the normal hosting rates.

Is there a minimum time contract/commitment?
No. You can cancel at any time in writing / email.  Verify that you have received confirmation from us.

Can I resell the reseller plan? Can I have my own resellers?
No, we do not offer the ability for resellers to have their own resellers at this time.  If you grow as a hosting reseller, we can at that time discuss setting up your own web servers.

Can I have IP Addresses to give out?
It's not needed unless your client is using their own SSL (secure certificate).  We offer free use of ours, so there is no need to pay extra.  The internet is very low on IP Addresses.  If you really think you need one, it will be an additional charge of 5.00 per month.

How & when do I pay?
Your hosting invoice is sent out the day we setup your reseller's account.  You have a 5 day grace period only to pay.   If you do not pay within that time, your account and all accounts under you will be suspended until payment is received.  Your anniversary date is the day you setup your account unless you prefer another set day of the month, we can pro-rate.  We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and Paypal.

What do I do to get started?
Simply pick your main domain that you will be using as your WHM Main Reseller account.  Set the nameservers to point to the above namservers listed unless you are having us register your own.
Give us that domain name and we'll get you started!  Note:  Any nameserver changes on a domain name up to 48 hours to complete through the internet.
